Obec Apeldoorn le\u017e\u00ed v Holandsku na v\u00fdchod od Amsterdamu a stanovila si ambici\u00f3zny cie\u013e sta\u0165 sa do roku 2020 uhl\u00edkovo neutr\u00e1lnym. S podporou projektu CONCERTO podnikla prv\u00e9 kroky k realiz\u00e1cii tohto cie\u013ea v modeli \u0161tvrti Zuidbroek a postavili nov\u00e9 s\u00eddlisko, ktor\u00e9 bolo postaven\u00e9 pod\u013ea najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch energetick\u00fdch \u0161tandardov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Zuidbroek je \u0161tvr\u0165, kde m\u00f4\u017eu \u013eudia \u017ei\u0165 a pracova\u0165 a kde hr\u00e1 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu ot\u00e1zka energie, vody a zelenej krajiny. V pl\u00e1ne bolo, aby Zuidbroek ubytoval nov\u00e9 domy, roz\u0161\u00edril obchodn\u00fd park o 25 000 m\u00b2 a vytvoril miestny park s rozlohou asi 30 hekt\u00e1rov. Pri v\u00fdstavbe novej oblasti Apeldoorn zav\u00e1dza do praxe vieru, \u017ee dobr\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie, ktor\u00e9 zoh\u013ead\u0148uje v\u0161etky k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 zainteresovan\u00e9 strany, hr\u00e1 \u00fastredn\u00fa \u00falohu pri rozvoji \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9ho a udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho spolo\u010denstva.<\/p>\n

Za \u00fa\u010delom dosiahnutia cie\u013ea \u201eZuidbroek Energy Neutral\u201c, obec Apeldoorn zorganizovala osvetov\u00e9 kampane zameran\u00e9 na obyvate\u013eov, miestne podniky a zainteresovan\u00e9 strany, ako aj na v\u00fdrobcov a dod\u00e1vate\u013eov energeticky efekt\u00edvnych v\u00fdrobkov a slu\u017eieb.<\/p>\n

V\u00fdsledky s\u00fa hmatate\u013en\u00e9 a n\u00e1pady na \u00fasporu energie. Na zv\u00fd\u0161enie energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti sa prijali opatrenia v r\u00f4znych oblastiach, napr\u00edklad zatep\u013eovanie domov. A z\u00e1vod na biomasu<\/a> (digestor a Kombinovan\u00e1 v\u00fdroba tepla a energie <\/a>(CHP) boli nain\u0161talovan\u00e9 na premenu spla\u0161kov\u00fdch kalov na energiu. Celkom 800 domov bolo pripojen\u00fdch k sieti dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho vykurovania a teraz maj\u00fa energetick\u00fa hospod\u00e1rnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 prekra\u010duje nov\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 predpisy o 20 %. Bola zriaden\u00e1 webov\u00e1 str\u00e1nka s inform\u00e1ciami o spotrebe energie a inteligentn\u00e9 meranie tepla v nov\u00fdch domoch poskytuje obyvate\u013eom podrobn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o spotrebe energie v re\u00e1lnom \u010dase. V\u00fdsledkom projektu bolo zn\u00ed\u017eenie dopytu po fos\u00edlnych paliv\u00e1ch o 80 % vzh\u013eadom na holandsk\u00fa referen\u010dn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
